VRMAC provides wellness retreats, medical wellness services, spa treatments, health assessments, wellbeing consultations, fitness activities, educational programs, and related services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, services are intended to support wellbeing, relaxation, preventative health, and lifestyle enhancement and are not intended to replace professional medical care.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding medical conditions, medications, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect participation.
VRMAC reserves the right to refuse, modify, postpone, or discontinue services where participation may present a health or safety risk.
4. Bookings, Payments and Cancellations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation, refund, deposit, and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the service booked and will be communicated during the booking process or in a separate Cancellation Policy.
VRMAC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services where necessary due to operational requirements, health and safety considerations, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
5. Participation and Conduct
Participation in wellness activities, treatments, fitness programs, thermal facilities, and related services is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, practitioners, guests, and property.
VRMAC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation where conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the wellbeing of others.
6. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting VRMAC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VRMAC accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, text, images, videos, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to VRMAC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
VRMAC is committed to protecting personal information and processing personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
